Dear Valued Customer,

We are requesting your assistance in an effort to improve service to our customers by updating our database with our customers’ part numbers.

Through our Part Number Excavation Program, we are asking for your help by taking a little time to provide us with some valuable information pertaining to items that you have previously purchased from WARCO BILTRITE.  Please complete this online form or download the Excel spreadsheet template above and email it to sales@warco.com upon its completion.

The information we are requesting includes your own part number, the corresponding WARCO BILTRITE part number, a brief description of the product, and the Purchase Order Number and date the item was last purchased.  WARCO BILTRITE part numbers can be found on order acknowledgements and invoices (catalog price pages do not contain this information).  To see examples of how to find WARCO BILTRITE part numbers, log onto http://www.warco.com/partsearch.

It may be beneficial to update your own database to include WARCO BILTRITE part numbers as it will be very helpful to us if the WARCO BILTRITE part number is included along with your own corresponding part number on any future Purchase Orders.
