Bearing Pads

WARCO BILTRITE manufactures a full line of molded elastomeric pads for bridge and reservoir construction markets. We offer unsupported bearing pads in durometers of 50 to 70 shore, which conform to Cal-Trans 51-1.12H, U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers, AASHTO Grade 3 Standard Specifications for Highway Bridges and M251. Our capabilities also include commercial grade fiberglass reinforced bearing pads and 40 durometer neoprene pads in custom sizes for pre-stressed reservoirs that conform to ASTM D2000 M2BC414 A14B14C12F17.

Rubber Waterstop

WARCO BILTRITE Waterstops are manufactured to meet the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation’s specifications.  SBR rubber has been primarily used for water containment while Neoprene rubber has been used generally for projects involving sewage, water treatment, and chemical environments. Waterstops are also available in EPDM, Nitrile and Natural Rubber.  Waterstops are usually provided in 50 ft. lengths but can me manufactured in longer or shorter lengths to minimize field splicing. Special profiles and compounds can be provided to meet specific project requirements.
